the difference between bulking,cutting and strength goals

advantages:

gaining fast muscle mass

better core strength

improves the bench press significantly

 

disadvantages:

increase in body fat (depends on each body)

require more food and maintenance

a decrease in aerobic and day to day performance (since you become heavier)

 

 

advantages:

getting lean and shredded (for the beach)

feeling lighter which makes aerobics and day to day an easy task

cheaper for maintenance since requiring less food

 

disadvantages:

might result in losing some muscle and strength

a decrease in core strength

limited in eating choices ( less fatty food and carbs)

 

 

advantages:

gaining fast strength on powerlifting movements (bench, squat, deadlift)

increase in self-confident (powerful)

increase in the exploding strength ability

 

disadvantages:

might cause injuries since you are dealing with a heavyweight

decrease in agility

might need special equipment (wrist wraps, straps, power belt etc…)
